On February 9, 2006, the President attended a
joint meeting of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Chicago Chapter
and Association of Professional Energy Consultants (APEC) meeting at the US
Department of Energy Chicago Office, Chicago Board of Trade Building in
Chicago, IL.
United States Department of
Energy and State of Illinois representatives discussed the numerous
opportunities contained in the United States Energy Bill. There was also a
short discussion on Illinois energy legislation and the Chicago energy code.
