The
World Modernization
Program brings every country (10 billion people)
into the 21st century and put an end to wars, pestilence, and
famine that have plagued humanity for thousand of years. The program is
based upon
The People's Republic of China Modernization Plan
to bring over 300 million people who living in poverty into the 21st century
in the next twelve years. The plan includes energy, education,
transportation, buildings & homes, water, and public services.
If
World government, business and academia leaders work collegiately together and
accepts other country?s religious customs and traditions, every country has the
opportunity to move into the 21st century within thirty-five
years. There are three phases.
Initial Phase:
Africa Union,
People?s
Republic of China, and
Republic of India develop and implement Modernization
Plans, which will take one billion people
out of poverty in the next ten to fifteen years. Smart
cities are built that are more efficient, livable, and sustainable by
focusing on energy, education, manufacturing industrial and consumer
products, and infrastructure, which include transportation, buildings,
homes, water, and public services.
In the Initial Electrification Phase,
1,000 clean power
plants are built to generate electricity, make petrochemicals from coal,
biomass, & oil, manufacture
consumer & industrial products, desalt seawater for domestic drinking water
and irrigating crops, and split water directly into hydrogen & oxygen for
industrial applications. The power plants generate an 10
trillion-kilowatt hours (10,000 Terawatt-hours) of electricity per year. At
10 cents per kilowatt-hour, the annual revenues are $1 trillion.
Electrification will have a direct economic benefit of $10 Trillion.
Second Phase:
North, Central & South America, Africa Union, People?s Republic of
China and Republic of India and Asia & Middle East countries develop and
implement Modernization Plans to
make their cities more efficient, livable, and sustainable by focusing on
energy, education, manufacturing industrial & consumer products, and
infrastructure, which include transportation, buildings, homes, water, and
public services. Another
7
billion people
are taken out of poverty.
In the
Second Electrification Phase,
6,000 clean power plants
are built to generate electricity, provide energy to manufacture consumer &
industrial products, desalt seawater for domestic drinking water and
irrigating crops, and split water directly into hydrogen & oxygen for
industrial applications. The power plants would generate and estimated 60
trillion kilowatt hours (60,000 Terawatt-hours) of electricity per year. At
ten cents per kilowatt-hour, the revenues are estimated to be $6 trillion. Electrification
will have a direct economic benefit of $60 Trillion.
Clean energy
also comes from hydroelectric, wind, solar, geothermal, and mirror energy, which
produces over 10 trillion kilowatt hours (10,000 Terawatt-hours) per
year. Spacecraft take off from airports and enable people into space in
minutes, communities on the Moon in hours and Mars in days. With advanced research and
development, Gene Roddenberry?s Star Trek Dream of traveling to the stars
becomes a reality in the 21st century.
Third Phase:
Europe Union & Eurasia
Countries along with Asia & Oceania Countries develop and implement
Modernization Plans to
make their cities more efficient, livable, and sustainable by focusing on
energy, education, manufacturing industrial & consumer products, and infrastructure,
which include transportation, buildings, homes, water, and public services.
Another
2 billion people
are brought into the 21st century.
Electrification will have a direct economic benefit of $20 Trillion.
Based upon projected
population of for

the Third
Electrification Phase
will include 2,000
Clean Power Plants that are built to generate electricity, make
petrochemicals from coal, biomass, & oil, provide energy to manufacture
consumer & industrial products, desalt seawater for domestic drinking water
and irrigating crops, and split water directly into hydrogen & oxygen for
industrial applications. The power plants generate 20 trillion kilowatt
hours (20,000 Terawatt-hours) of electricity per year.

Based upon the known
reserves,
Clean Power
Plants
could supply the World?s energy needs for over a 1,000 years. Since there is
four times more Thorium than Uranium, 2,000 Clean Uranium Power Plants and
8,000 Clean Thorium Power Plant are built. Mirror Power is a renewable
source of energy and could supply the World?s energy needs for billion
years. The conversion of two tons of mirror matter per year could supply the
10,000 Clean Power Plants.
With clean energy provided by clean power plants along with
hydro, wind, solar,
geothermal, and mirror energy, there are abundant sources of materials.
Coal, oil, biomass, and natural gas are used for manufacturing consumer &
industrial products rather than burning them and destroying Earth?s
environment. Carbon dioxide emissions are reduced to below thirty billion
metric tons.
As
World?s population grows from seven to 10 billion people,
the Global Economy grows to over $1,000 trillion or $100,000 per person. The
Space Economy grows to over $50 trillion. However, the real benefits come
from taking billions of people out of poverty, providing them the
opportunity to have a World-Class education, and empowering them to fulfill
their dreams.
