America's
Energy Independence and
Low Carbon Economy Plan
January 6,
2009
Improving Americas 42.5% energy efficiency can solve the energy crisis and
reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Residential, commercial, & industrial
sectors are 75% efficient; electric power sector 33% efficient; and
transportation sector is 20% efficient. There are 250 million motor vehicles
and thousands of fossil power plants burning billions of tons of coal,
billions of barrels of oil, and trillions of cubic feet of natural gas and
producing six billion metric tons of carbon dioxide.
In
transportation and electric power,
$1.47 trillion is wasted disposing of 14.7 trillion
kilowatt-hours at 10 cents per kilowatt-hour. Motor vehicles and utility
power plants energy efficiencies can be significantly increased and carbon
dioxide dramatically reduce by having:
Tesla
Motors, General Motors, Ford Chrysler, and other automakers need to
manufacture and sell millions of energy efficient hydrogen and electric
passenger cars, SUVs, and trucks, which the currently being displayed to the
public.
Utilities companies need to upgrade their fossil power plants to
Mirror Power plants, which are three times more efficient and dont produce
greenhouse gas emissions and use the additional power for electricity or
hydrogen for motor vehicles.
Americas energy efficiency increases from 42.5%
to 85% as demand for energy drops by 50%. Carbon dioxide decreases 1
billion metric tons to 1990 levels by 2020 and 5 billion metric tons or over
80% by 2032. Tens of millions of high tech jobs will stimulate Americans
economy.
This is a
Win-Win-Win situation for United States, the auto and utility companies and
creation of ten of millions of new jobs. For more information, please visit
