Funding Request

On
April 27, 2009, a letter was sent to U.S. Secretary of Energy Steve Chu
requesting Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-E) funding.
ARPA-E was formed and funded to meet the long-term energy challenges through
sustained investment in energy research programs based on the same operating
principles that make DARPA successful.
Mirror Energy
can supply the World�s energy needs for billions of years. Fossil Power
plants can be upgraded to Mirror Power plants, which are three times
more efficient and don�t produce carbon dioxide. The additional power can be
used to provide electricity or hydrogen for motor vehicles. Greenhouse gases
can be reduced by billion of metric tons.
Using the Internet Model, government
organizations, business and educational leaders can help America achieve
"Clean Energy Economy."
